Upgrade!

So when anyone sends a ticket now, you will notice a big difference. We have upgraded our ticket system to Sentry which will help the developers find broken things and address your issues much faster. We are doing a lot under the hood right now to improve the infrastructure within and surrounding Punctual Pug as we work on some smaller updates and releases. Megan is watching the heat map we installed to optimize your clicks throughout the system and make it more svelte (weird for a pug, I know!).

Keep sending ideas through Canny ! You know we keep an eye on those. Your feedback remains very important, but you already know that. 🙂

Pug XL is rolling in design and development and we have big plans including a pretty cool release in a few weeks focusing on the Person Supported Schedule.

And also, I promise we are starting on help and knowledge base stuff both within the app and on the website for your reference!
