We welcomed a new member to The Marionberry Grumble : Umpqua Homes, Inc., in Roseburg. Mika showed me around their office which is actually an old, multi-storey Wells-Fargo building and that gives UHI tons of space to grow and do good things. Mika can keep an eye on things there while Natasha is out building tiny homes to help out their community, providing affordable options for both people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. We’re happy to have some new friends! The more friends, the louder the bark!
Punctual Pug sponsored the ORA Quarterly and I walked away with all sorts of ideas and new things to think about, as usual! I’ll miss being here in the fall but will be headed up to Anchorage instead to make more (arctic) friends. I suspect we will come back to cause trouble in January 2025…
